ReplyDeleteI didn't know you were taping our group! Well I must say it is hard to get people to go deeper then just scratching the surface. I can't even get people to ask for prayer requests for themselves, unless they are facing something really challenging...let alone trying to get them to talk about really personal things. If you have any suggestions...let me know!
ReplyDeleteGreat comment, Deb. I do have a couple suggestions. Getting people to open up, especially regarding prayer but also during discussion time is about 2 things: communication of expectations and modeling.
